Carmen Electra’s ex hubby Dave Navarro is changing professions. He’s going from being a rocker to a porn flick director.
And, he’s already tried his hand at the new job by shooting a feature-length adult movie titled ‘Dave Navarro: Broken’.
According to The Sun, the movie is part of an idea by porn star Tera Patrick and her heavy metal singer husband Evan Seinfeld in which celebs are roped in to direct adult films.
Dave's film is set to be released on September 27.
The Jane’s Addiction rocker and Electra wed on Nov. 22, 2003. But after just three short years of marriage they announced that they were amicably separating.
Electra then filed legal papers in Los Angeles Superior Court last August citing irreconcilable differences. Their personal belongings were split up as previously agreed upon in a prenuptial agreement.
The couple’s divorce was finalized on Feb 20 this year.

Jessica Alba is no longer on the sexy singles’ list, for she and Cash Warren have rekindled their romance.The couple, who had been together for two-and-a-half years, broke up last month, but now it seems that they are getting their relationship back on track.
The two were recently spotted hugging and walking on Pacific Palisades beach, reports The Sun.
At the time of the breakup, a source revealed that Warren was not only “devastated”, but also thinking that the presence of another man in his ladylove’s life was the reason why she ended the relationship.
"(It) happened...almost out of nowhere. [Cash] thinks it's for another guy but doesn't know....he's totally devastated. But it was all her," the source said.
However, pals were soon saying that the two were not quite over each other.
"It's kind of cold that the press is saying she was just finished with him, because it isn't like that," a pal said.
Warren and Alba met on the set of Fantastic Four in 2005, when he was the assistant to the film's director, Tim Story.

'I am addicted to alcohol and drug,' says Lindsay Lohan
After reaching a plea deal, which requires her to serve one day in jail, Lindsay Lohan has taken responsibility for her actions, admitting that she is addicted to drink and drugs.
The deal on the misdemeanor charges also call for the 21-year-old actress to serve 10 days' community service and complete a drug treatment program.
"It is clear to me that my life has become completely unmanageable because I am addicted to alcohol and drugs. Recently, I relapsed and did things for which I am ashamed. I broke the law, and today I took responsibility by pleading guilty to the charges in my case," E! Online quoted Lohan, as saying in a statement.
“No matter what I said when I was under the influence on the day I was arrested, I am not blaming anyone else for my conduct other than myself. I thank God I did not injure others. I easily could have,” she added.
The ‘Mean Girls star was placed on 36 months' probation, is required to complete an 18-month alcohol education program, pay hundreds of dollars in fines and must complete a three-day county coroner program in which she will visit a mortuary and talk to victims of drink drivers.
"I very much want to be healthy and gain control of my life and career and have asked for medical help in doing so. I am taking these steps to improve my life,” she said.
“Luckily, I am not alone in my daily struggle and I know that people like me have succeeded. Maybe with time it will become easier. I hope so,” she added.

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes sleep in separate rooms because the actor snores so loudly, it has been claimed.
The couple, who married in Italy last year, have master bedrooms in separate wings so Katie can get her "beauty sleep".
A source told America's Star magazine: "It's a situation that works for both of them. Of course they spend time together alone at night like most married couples - after all, they conceived Suri! In fact, they even joke about having separate bedrooms to their friends - Katie says Tom snores, and this way she can get her beauty sleep!"
The couple are said to have slept in separate rooms since they started dating in 2005.
Katie has decorated her wing in "feminine pastel colors" and filled the space with stuffed animals.
The source added: "At first, it was because Katie was Catholic and single, and they were only dating. It was the proper thing to do. Now that they are married, they don't feel the need to alter the arrangement.
"When Katie moved into the house, it was made clear that Tom occupied the north wing of the second floor and that she would occupy a cluster of suites on the south wing of the same floor.
"Katie wanted to make herself feel at home, and she insisted on remodeling her area, which consisted of a study, parlor and large bedroom suite. Over the course of several months, Katie created a larger space to have as her own. In the end, she designed the room of her dreams, a very feminine room painted in pastel colors, with a small carousel and filled with many stuffed animals. It's a perfect fit, and Katie is fine with it."
A representative for Tom and Katie has denied they sleep in separate bedrooms.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie to host charity dinner for Katrina victims
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are heading for the Hamptons to host a dinner for nearly 50 people to help the victims of Hurricane Katrina.The dinner, to be held on August 25, will take place at the home of producer Jane Rosenthal and her husband Craig Hatkoff.
According to a source, the guests at the do are likely to make an enormously large financial commitment to the project, reports Us Magazine.com.
The invitation reads for the feast is as follows:
“Nearly two years after Hurricane Katrina, residents of the Lower Ninth Ward of New Orleans are still struggling to rebuild. Brad Pitt started the "Make it Right" project after he visited the devastated area. He hopes to preserve the unique culture and spirit of the Ninth Ward by rebuilding a neighborhood inspired by safe and sustainable “green” homes in one of the hardest hit communities in Louisiana.”
Meanwhile Pitt has also spoken about his involvement with the Global Green USA project, which is building zero energy, affordable housing for victims of Hurricane Katrina.

According to a source close to the Swedish girls, the real reason the duo, Sofie Larsson and Hannah Reynold turned down Britney’s plea to pen her comeback album, was the fear of an image stain.
Recent reports claimed that the pop tart was snubbed by an upcoming Swedish duo because the latter said they were “too busy” promoting their new album.
However, a source close to the Swedish girls has revealed that the real reason why Lucky Twice duo, Sofie Larsson and Hannah Reynold turned down Britney’s plea to pen her comeback album, was the fear of an image stain.
The source said that the duo’s management feared that an association with Britney would tarnish their clean-cut image.
“Britney’s had an amazing career but we don’t feel that working with her would be beneficial to the Lucky Twice image,” the Daily Express quoted the source, as saying.
Despite their ambition for fame, the Swedish duo is keen to distance themselves from the troubled singer.
“We don’t want to be associated with her bad behavior because Lucky Twice have many young fans,” the source said.

Paris Hilton amicably settles slander suit with Zeta Graff
Paris Hilton has arrived at an amicable settlement in a 10 million dollars slander lawsuit with diamond heiress Zeta Graff.
However, the terms of settlement has not been revealed.
The socialite’s lawyers said that the both are glad that they have resolved the matter without taking much time.
"Both parties are glad that the matter could be resolved without the time and expense of a trial. The resolution is confidential, and no one will comment further,” E! Online quoted the lawyers, as saying.
In May this year, the case’s hearing was postponed to August 22 after Hilton said that she was distraught over her imminent jail sentence.
Graff brought a 10-million-dollar slander and libel lawsuit against Paris Hilton for having a false and damaging story published about her in the New York Post in July 2005.
According to reports, when Graff saw Hilton and Hilton's then fiancé Paris Latsis, who was hooked to Graff, at London's Kabaret nightclub, the socialite went "berserk" and tried to choke Hilton and steal her 4 million dollar diamond necklace.

Paris Hilton buys Mediterranean-style mansion in Beverly Hills
Less than eight days after selling her Hollywood pad for 4.25 million dollars, Paris Hilton has reportedly purchased a five-bedroom mansion in Beverly Hills, California.
The hotel heiress sold off her 3.000-square foot, Spanish style pad which she bought in 2004, as she wanted to relocate to a secluded place to avoid the paparazzi after the drama following her arrest and release.
According to US Weekly the new home located in a gated community has its own gym and a gourmet kitchen.
The Mediterranean-style mansion also has a pool, complete with Jacuzzi, waterfall and hotel-style cabanas, as well as separate guest quarters and a separate office.
Earlier, the residents of Hollywood hills circulated a petition asking their neighbors to bring in the police to attend to the swarm of photogs and noise levels due to Hilton’s arrest.
Actress Cameron Diaz was also among the residents who expressed her displeasure.

Jennifer Aniston wants to become a mother by Christmas
The 'Friends' star has been inspired to adopt by close friend Sheryl Crow - who adopted an American baby boy in April - and is determined to open her home to a disadvantaged child by December 25.
A source told Grazia magazine: "Jen appears determined to complete the adoption and have a child home no later than Christmas. That would make it the happiest Christmas she's had in years.
"I think she feels there are plenty of children in America who are in need of a good home. It's as if she sees it as selfish not to adopt from her home nation. She has the money and the resources to go it alone and could really help change a child's life."
Jennifer, 38, has made no secret of her desire to have a baby, and rumors have been rife she is considering adoption since January.
Shortly after divorce from Brad Pitt was finalized in October 2005, she said: "I've never in my life said I didn't want to have children. I did and I do and I will!"
Brad, 43, is now father to three adopted children, Maddox, Pax and Zahara, and a biological daughter, Shiloh, with new partner Angelina Jolie, 32.

Rumer Willis says her parents Bruce Willis and Demi Moore have been great 'mentors'
The 19-year-old actress has avoided the Hollywood party scene because her star parents taught her to take her career seriously.
Rumer told US TV show 'Access Hollywood': "I see a lot of situations that seem to me to be lacking self-respect and a self-value where girls get drunk and they just kind of fall over each other.
"Unfortunately, when you know you're growing up and you are in this business, you don't really have the same ability to make mistakes and have it not be really detrimental.
"Honestly, it's been kind of making mistakes and figuring them out and having a lot of really great people as my mentors."
Rumer, who has landed roles in 'House Bunny' and 'From Within', says growing up in the media spotlight quickly made her realise the pitfalls of fame.
She explained: "I learned very quickly what kind of person I didn't want to be. I don't want to be somebody who doesn't take their job seriously.
"There's obviously a lot of people that want to say that I have some big trust fund. And it's so easy to judge people and put them down when you're not looking at them in the face."
The actress, who was present when police entered a hotel room and arrested a man on drugs charges last month, also insists she has learnt to distance herself from friends who could lead her astray.
Rumer said: "It's really easy to say, 'Look people are doing something that I don't like and I don't want to be around. I'm going to go.' "

Hilary Duff banned from buying a Porsche
Hilary Duff’s business manager has refused to let her buy her dream - a Porsche - as the singer-actress is not very good behind the wheel.
The 19-year-old revealed that the manager has banned her from buying the car because he thinks she was a ‘terrible driver’.
"The car I want is a Porsche Cayenne Turbo. But my business manager doesn't want me to buy it - he says that I'm a terrible driver and don't need that kind of car,” Duff said.
The ‘Lizzie MCGuire Movie’ star, who had earlier admitted her poor driving skills, insisted that she met with a ‘little accident’ once as she was on phone, but the manager was very particular about her being more careful.
"The other day I had a little accident because I was driving while I was on the phone. It was just a tap, nothing serious, so I thought, I'll keep going it's fine, whatever. But my business manager told me, 'You have to be careful, because people will sue you.' So I need to be cautious,” she said.
Earlier, Duff had revealed that her pals were scared to sit in the car while she was on the driver’s seat.
“Everyone is scared to get in the car with me. My garage sometimes jumps out at me,” she said.

WWE beauty's 'Anchorwoman' makes a splash
"Anchorwoman." Tonight at 8, Fox. The preview DVD of the new Fox reality series "Anchorwoman" contained only a partial pilot - but more than enough to make three things very clear.
One: The series, which premieres tonight at 8, is designed as a real-life "Legally Blonde" in a Texas TV newsroom, with everyone, from the station news director to the indignant female co-anchor, playing their parts as if they'd been scripted.
Two: The issues raised - about journalistic integrity, news reporting as showbiz and valuing appearance over experience - are serious, even in a reality series that plays like a sitcom.
Three: When the preview DVD ended, I was eager to see more. For a summer reality series this summer, that's a first.
The titular star of "Anchorwoman" is Lauren Jones, a former Miss New York, "The Price Is Right" model and "WWE Smackdown" diva whose résumé includes no formal news experience or training, but lots of experience making slithery entrances onto WWE wrestling rings and blowing kisses to the whistling crowds.
"Yeah, I don't have 14 years of journalism experience," the beauty admits early on, "but I've always wanted to do it!"
And at KYTX-TV, a Tyler, Tex., UHF station built from the ground up only three years ago, that's good enough.
"She's coming!" trumpets a billboard as she drives into town. And from the moment she gets there, slips into the co-anchor chair and does her first rehearsal with a TelePrompTer, "Anchorwoman" feels like a sitcom. People run around on this series mouthing journalistic platitudes and talking about integrity versus image - but doing so while miked up and being filmed for a Fox reality show. Et tu, Ted Baxter?
The players - sorry, the TV news staffers - include Annalisa Petraglia, the co-anchor who resents being paired with the inexperienced new arrival ("I'm a journalist and I don't want anyone to mix me up with a swimsuit model!"). And Dan Delgado, the news director who tries to get Jones to tone down her cleavage-heavy, skirt-light wardrobe ("Which of your favorite anchors is dressed like this?").
They truly are interesting characters - and Jones, who has to be told not to blow kisses or wink at the end of news segments, is never dull. You can root for her, like she's a co-anchor version of "Clueless," or root against her, because she is clueless.
Either way, "Anchorwoman" turns out to be entertaining - even as it indicts the local TV news operation it pretends to value.

New Orleans local Brad shows off green housing project
There's no doubt that New Orleans' newest celebrity residents Brad Pitt and partner Angelina Jolie have taken the city very much to their hearts, talking with enthusiasm about its laid-back, friendly style.
The Hollywood big gun and his family settled in the Big Easy last January, moving into a 19th-century mansion in the historic French Quarter after he filmed The Curious Case Of Benjamin Button there in 2006.
And this week Brad was presenting the eco-friendly housing project he has sponsored to help with the rebuilding process in response to Hurricane Katrina. Wearing a hard hat, jeans and a T-shirt, the actor - who's passionate about architecture - toured the Lower Ninth Ward, pointing out the green features of homes being constructed on the site that will eventually house 23 families.
When the owners move in next year they'll be able to take advantage of energy-saving appliances that cut electricity bills by 75 per cent and water use by half. "A lot of thought has gone into this house," said an obviously proud Brad.

Nothing with Justin was ever even discussed” Recent reports have claimed that Britney Spears pulled out at the last moment from recording a duet with former lover Justin Timberlake, however, a source has revealed that no such plans ever existed.
The source has dismissed the reports, insisting that the ‘Toxic’ singer had no plans of working with Justin in the first place.
"There have been absolutely no plans for Britney and Justin to record a duet together,” Us Magazine.com quoted the source, as saying.
"There have been lots of discussions about who Britney is working with and Justin has not been one of them. Nothing with Justin was ever even discussed,” the source added.
According to the reports, Spears was scheduled to team up with her old flame to belt out a comeback track, produced by Timbaland, but ditched the idea at the eleventh-hour.
"Timbaland set aside a week out of his crazy schedule to do this - and then, just before she was supposed to fly out, Britney abruptly canceled the session and refused to do the song,” a source told New York gossip column, PageSix.
"It's crazy. She's looking for a comeback, and this would have not only been a huge hit, but something she could have opened the MTV Video Awards with and really blown everyone away,” the source added.

Photogs snapped LiLo hitting the healthy trail for a jog with some dogs, TMZ reports. Carrying a big bottle of what the web site and the rest of us all hope is water, Ms. Lohan was accompanied by both human and canine companions. She also looked perfectly fit in her blue sweats and a trucker hat with the word “Faith” embossed on the front.
Making the most of the great outdoors, Lindsay was also spied riding high on a white water raft winding down Utah’s Provo River, reports People magazine. Instead of a “Faith” hat, Lindsay’s red head was covered with a pirate-style bandana and her boating companions wore black painted-on pirate moustaches, the magazine reports. Lindsay “looked like she was having a good time,” a source at High Country Rafting told People.
“They were all splashing each other and stuff.”

Brad Pitt shares hopes, dreams for New Orleans
Brad Pitt doesn't pretend that the 18 apartments and five homes rising in New Orleans’ Ninth Ward are anything more than a start toward the massive job of rebuilding from the devastation inflicted by Hurricane Katrina. But the Hollywood star believes the project he's putting his time and celebrity behind is an important step toward shaping what the area could become.
“It doesn't feel like much of a victory when you look at the overall problem here,” he told TODAY’s Ann Curry during a tour of the construction site one week before the second anniversary of the killer storm. “Katrina was a manmade disaster. The misconception is that it was nature. But this is manmade — decades and decades of erroneous engineering moves and really, really bad, bad irresponsible moves that I believe government has a responsibility to make right.”
Pitt and his wife, Angelina Jolie, have adopted New Orleans. In January, they bought an early-19th-century mansion in the French Quarter. Not long afterward, Pitt teamed with Global Green USA to sponsor a competition to design environmentally friendly and energy-efficient housing for the Ninth Ward.“I care very much for the area,” he said. “I met a 60-year-old man when I first arrived here to look into this. He said, ‘I did everything right. I got a job. I bought a home. I raised my kids in that home. They did the same. Now, one kid's in Atlanta, another one's in Houston. We're all split apart and we've been wiped out. What do I do?’“He’s right,” Pitt said.
“That’s unacceptable.”
Affordable and functional
His solution was the competition to build housing that is not only affordable, but also works. Global Green is the contractor of the units, and will give former residents of the Ninth Ward first shot at buying them.
The winning design, which he announced earlier this year on TODAY, was submitted by architects Matthew Berman and Andrew Kotchen of Workshop APD in New York. And so, in the aftermath, we're not going to be able to bring back the friends and family that are lost.“We're not going to be able to bring back their heirlooms and their photographs. But maybe we can provide a better way of life. Maybe we can find some good out of this.“It’s about fairness. It’s about dignity.”

The 'SexyBack' singer - who has been dating actress Jessica Biel since February - spent the whole evening with the beautiful stranger at a HBO party in New York's Tribeca Grand hotel.
A source told the New York Post newspaper: "Justin was sitting with a bronze-skinned brunette with long brown hair all night at a cocktail table near the dance floor.
"They were obviously into each other. It was just the two of them and he had no entourage at all."
Another source revealed: "He is a notorious flirt. He will f**k anything." Justin's representative declined to comment on the rumors, saying: "I have no comment on his personal life."
Earlier this month, it was reported Justin and Jessica were planning on moving in together.
The couple is planning to start house-hunting once Justin finishes his world tour next month.
However, Justin, 26, and Jessica, 25, are yet to agree on where they should live.
Jessica wants the 'Shrek the Third' star to move into her Los Angeles home so they can be close to the sea, but Justin is said to be interested in relocating to New York.

Singer Adam Levine has revealed the intimate secrets of his romantic alliance with Maria Sharapova, calling the tennis ace a “terrible lover.”
The Maroon 5 frontman divulged that the Russian Wimbledon champ’s refusal to move or moan during sex was the reason behind the collapse of their courtship.
"She wouldn’t make any noise during sex. I can't tell you how disappointed I was. I really thought, like a lot of guys, that she'd be the loud screaming type,” The Sun quoted Levine, as saying.
"But instead, she just lay there like a dead frog. She even got angry if I started to moan, said it 'ruined her concentration,’ he added.
Levine said sexual disillusionment made him resort to anxiety disorder drug.
"It was so disillusioning that I went on (anxiety disorder drug) Paxil for a month afterwards. Really, it was much more of a shock than when I found out there's no such thing as the Easter Bunny,” he said.
The pair dated briefly in 2005, after meeting at Sharapova’s 18th birthday party.
However, Levine's spokesperson has dismissed the quotes as being "absolutely not true".

Lindsay Lohan desperate to resurrect her pop career
The 'Mean Girls' star has reportedly told executives at Universal Music she is ready to start work on a third studio album after her recent troubles left her short of film offers.
A source told the New York Daily News newspaper: "It would be easy for her to release another album. A record by Lindsay Lohan costs almost nothing to make. She doesn't need a big band.
You just give her some songs and session musicians. And, God knows, she already has name recognition."
Lindsay's first two albums 'Speak' and 'A Little More Personal' were guided by Casablanca label head Tommy Mottola, and it is thought he has been trying to persuade Lindsay to get back into the recording studio.
The source said: "Tommy Mottola knows how to handle divas, after all he was once married to Mariah Carey."
Lindsay was arrested last month for driving under the influence, possession of cocaine, transporting a narcotic into a custody facility and driving on a suspended license.
She has since reportedly struggled to find anyone who will insure her for a Hollywood movie.
But the music industry may not be set to welcome the 21-year-old with open arms either.
A source said: "As much as she wants to make another album the feeling is she needs to get herself cleaned up. Then we can talk about it."

Trump's show may salvage Britney, Paris, and Lindsay's image
Entertainment mogul Donald Trump is in talks with Britney Spears, Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan for an appearance on his upcoming television program ‘Celebrity Apprentice’.His aim behind this offer is to help the three beleaguered celebrities save their image.
Trump strongly feels that Britney needs more than the reality show that she did to save her image, and claims that his show can tender her the requisite help.
The Miss Universe pageant boss also believes that the pop diva likes the idea of to being on TV.
"We're negotiating with Britney right now. Can you imagine her doing it? We're not sure what will happen. She's a [bleep]ing mess. And that little reality show she had did nothing. But she likes the idea of being on television and I think she'd be great,” the New York Post quoted Trump, as saying.
However, Trump is not very sure about Hilton’s appearance on the show.
“(Hilton) wants to be on, and we're thinking about it, but I don't know if we're going to do it," he adds.
Although Trump admitted that he had not contacted Lohan to date, he insisted that his show could prove beneficial to her.
"Another [bleep]ing mess. We haven't asked her yet, but I'm going to call her this week. It would a positive thing for her to do . . . for all of them," he says.
