Britney Spears spends second night after loosing kids in a new hotel

Britney Spears accompanied by cousin Alli Sims checked into the upscale Beverly Hills Four Seasons Hotel Wednesday evening and requested a 'private room'.
They were followed into the hotel lobby by a horde of paparazzi eager to see how Britney was reacting to the ruling in the morning by L.A. County Commissioner Scott Gordon denying her custody of her children but granting her monitored visitation rights.
Britney did not personally show up for the hearing in the morning. Instead, she chose to drive around aimlessly with her Yorkie London on her lap. She visited a supermarket, gassed up her SUV at a Shell gas station in the San Fernando Valley and then stopped by Starbucks before finally heading to her Beverly Hills house
On Monday Commissioner Gordon had suggested it would be a good idea for Britney and Federline to attend the hearing today.
Followup hearings have been set for October 26 and November 26.
Gordon has ordered Britney and K-Fed to be in court on October 26.

Britney Spears' family is terrified that they will "turn on the TV and find out she's done something terrible to herself."
And, the mounting concern comes from none other than the pop singer's aunt Chanda McGovern, who told The Sun that Britney's family was very worried that she is nearing breaking point.
Ms McGovern also revealed that Britney's family is begging the singer to take a break from LA and come back to her hometown of Kentwood, Louisiana.
"We are very worried that things are going to spiral out of control," the paper quoted Ms McGovern, as saying.
"Instead of her turning to her family she is going to turn to the friends she has been hanging with - and the partying and drugs.
"And whether it be intentionally or accidental, there may be a drugs overdose.
"We are worried about suicidal tendencies in her.
"Everything is spiralling down and she has not got a backbone - a family member to help her.
"We fear that one day we may turn on the TV that she's done something terrible to herself."
McGovern also reveals that the family was not surprised that Britney lost custody of her kids.
"The kids came second and her party life came first so it really wasn't a shock that the kids have been taken away from her. It was just very disappointing.
"You just want to reach out and grab her and hug her and tell her you love her. I want to knock some sense into her and say, 'Britney - wake up!'
"It's almost like it's a nightmare and we want her to wake up from it.
"But she's a grown woman. She knows how to make her mind up and she's choosing the wrong path.
"It's heartbreaking. Everybody is human, but she needs to come back down to earth. Her mother was always her backbone. Since they've fallen out everything has gone to hell."

The 'Ocean's Thirteen' star was brought up a Southern Baptist by his parents in Missouri, but abandoned his faith when he started college and "discovered himself".

Drag queens help Kylie Minogue make her steamiest video ever!
Kylie Minogue turned to British drag queens for a little help to make her a video in her new album 'X' "more authentic".
The Australian beauty went on a series of nights out to London clubs and befriended a gang of outrageous cross-dressers.
A source who was present at the shoot at Shepperton Studios in London said drag queens Tasty Tim and Princess Julia had been giving Kylie advice on what to wear, how to strut down the stage and how to pout.
And, their advice certainly seems to be having the desired effect, for a source revealed that the video was 'nothing' like Kylie has ever been seen in before.
"It's just visually amazing. It's like nothing you've ever seen Kylie do before," the Mirror quoted a source, as saying.
"Kylie vamps it up in a black latex cat suit that's so tight and figure hugging, you can clearly see the shape of her bum. And it looks great," the source said.
"Then she writhes on the floor provocatively and cavorts on a grand piano," the source added.
The video 'Two Hearts' which features the sizzling Kylie will be out next month.

Britney Spears' sex tape claim
Britney Spears was filmed having sex with a stranger she met on vacation, it has been claimed.
The 28-year-old unnamed man met the 'Toxic' singer while holidaying in Hawaii last June and secretly recorded them having sex in a bungalow at the Four Seasons hotel on the Kona-Kohala Coast.
He claims he has not sold the tape yet because he is embarrassed by his own performance.
The man told In Touch Weekly magazine: "It was just normal, we didn't do anything crazy. It was a little disappointing. It lasted for about 25 minutes and then we passed out."
He claims he met Britney, 25, in a bar at 1am on June 7 2007 and they went back to her room to "party" before "hooking up".
Meanwhile, the singer's close friend Sam Lufti has revealed she is "very optimistic" of getting her children back.
Britney - who was ordered by a judge to hand over sons, two-year-old Sean Preston and one-year-old Jayden James, to ex-husband Kevin Federline on Monday (1 Oct 2007) - now has her legal affairs in order ahead of today's custody hearing (3 Oct 2007).
Lufti told People magazine: "Kevin's custody is only temporary.
"We signed all the necessary documents that she needed to get done and Britney is in a good mood, no problems, very optimistic.
"Scheduling conflicts and errors in communication led her to believe that her deadline was later this week rather than Monday."
The California Department of Motor Vehicles also revealed yesterday (2 Oct 2007) that Britney has been issued an interim driving license.
Mike Marando of the DMV said: "She has fulfilled her requirements for a California driver's license. She took and passed a written test in April.
She will be issued a formal license in the mail soon."
Last month, the singer was charged with misdemeanor driving without a valid California license and hit-and-run after she hit another vehicle in a car park on August 6 and left the scene of the accident.
Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Scott M. Gordon, who is overseeing her custody case, ordered her to prove she was a legal driver.

Actress Bai Ling admits that she was "irresistibly" sexually attracted to Angelina Jolie when the two worked together.
The stars worked together in two movies - 2004's Sky Captain And The World Of Tomorrow and the documentary A Place In Time - and Ling reveals that there was 'an attraction' between the two.

Kate Middleton seeks protection from prying paparazzi
Lawyers representing the Prince of Wales, his two sons and their girlfriends have threatened to seek redress under the Human Rights Act to keep Kate Middleton out of the line of sight of prying paparazzi cameras.
The threat, perhaps more indicative of Middleton's growing closeness to the Royal Family than a concern for human rights, was contained in a letter to the Press Complaints Commission (PCC) by the lawyers, Harbottle and Lewis.
In turn, the press watchdog has now conveyed to the press that it will resort to legal action if paparazzi don't leave the likely future queen alone.
Harbottle and Lewis claim to possess "disturbing" footage of paparazzi activity outside Middleton's London home, in support of their complaint.
Telegraph quotes a senior industry source as saying: "If they go down this route they would be seeking unprecedented protection for Miss Middleton.
"Essentially, they will be trying to guarantee that photographs of Miss Middleton can be taken only on her terms. I am afraid it does not work that way."
Earlier this year, the Culture, Media and Sport Select Committee in its report on press self-regulation said Middleton had been a victim of "persistent harassment" and had faulted the PCC for being "less than impressive" in its regulation.

'J Lo romance was bad for my career,' says Ben Affleck
Ben Affleck has blamed his relationship with Jennifer Lopez for his career slump.
The actor, who dated J Lo from 2002 - 2004, has revealed that his high profile romance with the singer/actress hurt his career, as the media glare on the couple had eclipsed his silver screen appearances.
"It was probably bad for my career. What happens in this sort of bleed-over from the tabloids across your movie work," People quoted him, as telling Details magazine.
"I ended up in an unfortunate crosshair position where I was in a relationship and [the media] mostly lied and inflated a bunch of salacious stuff for the sake of selling magazines. And I paid a certain price for that. Then, in concert with some movies that didn't work…" he added.
But, leaving his low days behind, the Pearl Harbour star is now hoping for success with his directorial debut Gone Baby Gone, which revolves around the kidnapping of a young girl.
"There's something really great about directing. I feel like [Gone Baby Gone] is a linchpin for my life. My career. I have a lot riding on it. I want it to work. Badly. I mean, a****** movie comes out on 2,800 screens? I've been there and it's embarrassing," he said.
Affleck is now married to actress Jennifer Garner, with whom he has a two-year-old daughter, Violet.

Onlookers watched as Charlotte - who struggled to conceive a baby during the hit series - stormed out of Italian restaurant Lumi on Lexington Avenue, apparently heavily pregnant.
Charlotte then appeared to go into labor before being rushed to hospital in Big's chauffeured limousine.
Charlotte ended the show by marrying her Jewish fiancé Harry Goldenblatt planning to adopt a baby girl from China.

Expecting mum Halle Berry has revealed that she will not marry boyfriend Gabriel Aubry.
The Oscar winning actress, who has suffered two failed marriages, admitted that becoming a mother has not changed her decision in favor of marriage.
Referring to her famous vow that she would never marry again, Oprah asked Berry during a taping of her show, "Are you still in that space?" Halle replied, "Yes."
"What Gabriel and I have decided is that we will just redefine marriage for ourselves," she said.
Meanwhile Berry has hired security guards after she received racist threats to harm her unborn baby.
The actress, who was born to a white father and an Afro-American mother, got anonymous letters that said her baby would be 'cut into hundreds of pieces'.
A source close to the star said that Berry doesn't hire security, but after the threats she has roped in two guards.

Eva Longoria in a squeeze
Eva Longoria was in a bit of a squeeze Monday, October 1 and we most certainly are not alluding to her alleged sex tape with husband Tony Parker that has the cash registers ringing for pay for view adult sites on the internet.
This was a more benign G rated squeeze that she walked into while multitasking as she left the Kalologie Skin Center on Robertson Boulevard in Beverly Hills, Ca.
The Desperate housewife got into it while making a desperate phone call and at the same time finding her way to her car.
In the end, it wasn't much of a problem for the lithesome 32-year-old and going by her cheerful demeanor neither will be the sex tape.

Hilary Swank says her amazing figure is down to her father's "good genes" and "speedy metabolism".
The Oscar-winning actress wore a stunning figure-hugging black Dolce and Gabanna gown when she co-hosted a dinner with perfume maker Guerlain at London's Almada restaurant on Thursday night (27.09.07).
Hilary insists her toned physique has more to do with her genes than her exercise regime.
She told People magazine: "I think I've been blessed with my father's speedy metabolism. I try and get out as much as I can, but I think in the end I really have to give it up to my genes."
But the Million Dollar Baby star - who greeted guests Christian Slater, Mick Jagger and Kid Rock at the star-studded dinner - loves a good work out because she finds it relaxing.
She said: "I really appreciate exercise because I think it's a great stress relief. I do this thing called power Pilates, which I love, love, love."

Britney Spears' Sunday with her kids
Sunday was Britney's day with Sean, 2, and Jayden, 1, and she took them to lunch at Taverna Tony's in Malibu, a Greek restaurant. Sans her entourage Britney needed help to carry the kids in and out through the paparazzi hordes and the restaurant staff cheerfully obliged.
Leaving the restaurant, Britney was cheerful but you couldn't say the same for Jayden who was howling as Britney strapped him on the rear seat of the white Mercedes convertible. We don't think Jayden likes the crowds, the cameras and the flash bulbs that his mother has got so used to.
Britney showed a lot of leg in red hot pants and brown high boots but sensibly kept her poorly toned upper half well covered in a loose blue floral top. Her fedora kept a lid on the mess that her cranial foliage has now become and the large shades covered a lot of her puffy face.
A lunch at a Greek restaurant seems to be Britney's idea of spending quality time with her toddlers.

Kate Hudson drops Dax Shepard without ceremony
Kate Hudson reportedly failed to tell Dax Shepard their relationship was over.Dax - who began dating the Almost Famous actress in July - is said to have only discovered Kate had called time on their romance when his friend phoned him with the news.
A source told America's OK! magazine: "Dax got a phone call about it from a friend. He's upset that she didn't bother to say anything to him."
Kate - who has a three-year-old son, Ryder, from her marriage to Black Crowes frontman Chris Robinson - previously dated Owen Wilson, who she met on the set of You, Me and Dupree.
The pair split in June following heated rows over Owen's wild behavior.
However, sources claim the Wedding Crashers actor never got over the break-up and was devastated when he saw pictures of Kate and Dax together.
Soon after the photos were published, Owen allegedly attempted to commit suicide and was rushed to a Los Angeles hospital.
Kate, 28, was told of her ex-lover's suicide attempt while filming her latest movie in Boston, and was left devastated by the news.

David Letterman makes Paris Hilton cry on his show
Paris Hilton was slated on the 'Late Show with David Letterman', where the host threw a volley of questions at the socialite about her stint in prison this June.Welcoming the heiress on his show, Letterman asked her how she found her jail term.
When Hilton went on to complain about the food in prison, a relentless Letterman continued to poke fun at her.
"Dinner was jail-mystery meat. I have no idea what it was but it was pretty bad." The Sun quoted her, as telling on the show.
"What is it you did? Do you know what you did," he said.
To ward-off anymore questions, Hilton said that she did not wish to talk about the sordid past,
"I've moved on with my life so I don't really want to talk about it anymore," she said.
Then someone from the audience yelled ' I love you Paris' and Letterman quipped if the person was someone she met in the slammer.
"Is that somebody you met in jail," he asked her.
As Hilton sat there fighting tears, Letterman promptly apologized and went on to talk about her upcoming flick Repro! The Genetic Opera.

George Clooney was spotted fondly caressing girlfriend Sarah Larson in New York Sunday 30 Sep 2007 where the couple attended a private event and going by the expression on Larson's face Clooney made her day!
Clooney is currently in New York filming for Burn After Reading, in which he co-stars with close friend Brad Pitt. The comedy drama focuses on how a disk containing the memoirs of a CIA agent ends up in the hands of two unscrupulous gym employees who attempt to sell it.
Clooney, 46, was first seen dating Larson, 28, in Europe at the Venice and Deauville film festivals.
Clooney and Larson were both injured when the motorcycle they were riding was hit by a car in New Jersey on Friday, September 21, 2007.
The car driver said that George Clooney attempted to pass the car on the right while Clooney stated that the car driver signaled left and then decided to make an abrupt right turn and clipped the bike.
Clooney was married to actress Talia Balsam from 1989 to 1993. Following the breakup of his marriage he pronounced he will never get married again, nor have any children.
Skeptical of his intent, Michelle Pfeiffer and Nicole Kidman had both bet $10,000/- each saying Clooney will be a father by age 40. They lost and paid up but Clooney returned their money and doubled the bet.
If he becomes a father by age 50 he will need to pay the two actors $20,000/- each.

An art show that's 'Just Britney'
More than 50 works of art celebrating or critical of pop star Britney Spears have gone on display at a Hollywood art gallery.
As to why the art gallery would think of having Britney as their subject, well that's because 'Britney is such a polarizing figure' these days, points out curator Steven Corfe.
"We reached out to a number of artists and found Britney is such a polarizing figure these days," the New York Daily News quoted curator Steven Corfe, as saying.
"People absolutely adored her and wanted to celebrate her bubblegum, pop princess years.
"Or they thought she was an irresponsible mother or wanted to play up the drug side of things."
The works of art, which includes one piece made from chewed-up bubblegum, is on display at the World of Wonder's "Just Britney" show.
Another piece is based on a picture of Britney stepping out of a car sans underwear.

Demi Moore and ex hubby Bruce Willis were left stunned when their 19-year old daughter Rumer came home with her brunette hair dyed platinum blonde.

"I got the idea because the movie I just finished, I was wearing a blonde wig, so I saw myself like that. And I just went for it," People quoted her, as saying.
"I came home and my parents were really shocked when I walked in the house. My sisters looked at me like, 'What? Your hair!"
However, once they got over the shock, Rumer reveals that the family ended up loving her new hair-do.
"But everyone, my parents, loved it," she said at the opening of the James Perse store in Beverly Hills.

Eva Longoria's "sex tape" video is the latest spoof to show up on Will Ferrell's Funny or Die Web site, PEOPLE reports
"I'm so amused. It's so funny. Oh my gosh. I've gotten like 100 calls on it saying it's so hilarious," Longoria told Ryan Seacrest during his KIIS-FM radio show Tuesday.
"We've got this comedian called Perry Hilton, who does everything that Paris Hilton does. If you go on there, he's gotten a DUI. He goes out clubbing ... So, they go, 'We want to do a sex video in that night vision – kind of like the one she did,' " Longoria explained.

Hulk Hogan to Host American Gladiators
I don't really get why American Gladiators ever went off the air, but I'm delighted to report that it will be back. And I'm even more delighted to report, from TV Week via Awful Announcing, that when it does come back, Hulk Hogan will be the host.
Hogan has signed on to host NBC's upcoming remake of "American Gladiators," sources say.
Hogan made the rounds at NBC's Burbank offices last week and has accepted the job. The deal is still being finalized, but sources say both parties are committed.
NBC sees Hogan as "the perfect fit" for the "Gladiators" revival, sources say. In addition to his experience as a physical performer during his years with the World Wrestling Federation, Hogan has proved he can draw viewers with sheer force of personality in his successful VH1 reality series "Hogan Knows Best."
Say what you will about pro wrestling itself or about the Hulkster's relatively limited wrestling skills, but there are few people in the history of American television who are more charismatic than Hulk Hogan. He's going to be very good at this.

After having rubbed shoulders with those that matter at the Clinton Global Initiative during the week, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt seem to have reserved the weekend exclusively for their children.
The world's most closely followed couple took their brood Saturday, September 29, to Kidsville NY in New York which is a family activity school.
The whole family looked happy and smiled for the camera as they left after spending two hours inside.

Eva Longoria sets up restaurant
Eva Longoria, one of the characters in sitcom "Desperate Housewives" has set up a new restaurant in LA called Beso which means "kiss'.
OK magazine reports that Eva teamed up with chef Todd English to create an eatery serving her family's specialty guacamole.
Eva designed the menu and wants this Latin restaurant to be her home away from home.
The restaurant will have a spectacular opening in late October
Longoria, who plays Gabrielle Solis on the hit show, revealed that she has developed a strong dislike for screen kisses since she exchanged vows with Parker.
The actress also said that she is not comfortable talking to her husband about it.
In the meantime, the star will be busy with shooting a campaign for Bebe sport, for which she has become the new face.

Michelle Rodriguez may land up in jail for probation violation
Actress Michelle Rodriguez might end up spending time behind bars after she failed to fulfill the terms of her probation in a DUI case.
Los Angeles City Attorney's office has announced that Rodriguez has not revealed the proof of completion of her 30 days of community service; therefore she might land up in jail.
"She hasn't shown proof of completion of her 30 days of community service. She could face jail time, but it's up to the judge," the People quoted City Attorney spokesman Frank Mateljan, as saying.
The City Attorney's office alleges that the actress submitted a false document showing that she completed one day of service on Sept. 25, as per the court filings.
However, the 29-year-old actress later stated that she was in New York on that date.
On Sept 28, 2007, Rodriguez arrived at the court along with her attorney, Richard Beada for a hearing in the matter.
Beada successfully asked the judge to postpone Friday's hearing to Oct. 12. But first, the actress received a scolding by Superior Court Judge Daviann L. Mitchell, who ordered the actress to complete two days of road cleanup duty for the California Department of Transportation.
"I'm not impressed with your completion schedule. I don't care if you have to camp there, complete (it) without exception," Judge Mitchell said.
But outside the court, Beada dismissed judge's argument saying that the actress has completed her 30 days of community service.
"We believe this is all due to a clerical error. My client did complete the full 30 days," Beada said.
