Katie Holmes once again made an impressive fashion statement walking besides Tom Cruise at the 'Lions For Lambs' AFI Fest Premiere at The ArcLight Theater, Hollywood, CA, November 1.

While Katie was not as sensationally attired as at Berlin late last month, when she walked the red carpet at Cinema International for the premier of the same film, she lived up to our high expectations of her. She wore a single shouldered silk charmeuse Monique Lhuillier gown with flats.

The war drama Lions For Lambs stars Tom Cruise, two-time Academy Award winner Meryl Streep and Academy Award winner Robert Redford who has also directed the film.

Cruise plays a senator full of charisma, where Streep portrays the role of a television journalist and Redford plays a professor. The stories of the three are part of a larger theme entailing the complex nature of war.

After spending three months in Berlin, Germany where Tom was filming the WW II thriller 'Valkyri', the Cruise family spent a few days together in New York City.

Tom, along with Suri, joined Katie in New York later that week to promote Tom's new films Lions For Lambs.

We were lucky to see a lot of the adorable Suri cruise as she frolicked in the company of the parent out and about in the Big Apple during that week.

End of the week the family flew to London to attend the premier of Lions For Lambs at the London Film Festival.

Tom Cruise walked the red carpet with wife Katie Holmes besides him at the 23rd Annual Museum Of The Moving Image Black Tie Salute honoring him November 6 at Cipriani 42nd Street / New York City, NY, USA

The Museum Of The Moving Image was founded in 1977. Its mission statement is to educate "the public about the art, history, technique, and technology of film, television, and digital media and to examine their impact on culture and society."

Speaking about the event Tom told ET Online that it was an opportunity for him to thank everyone he'd worked with over the years and he was happy to avail of it.

Tom also expressed pride in his wife Katie Holmes who ran the 26.2 mile New York Marathon on Nov 4 in five hours, 29 minutes and 58 seconds.

"She's an exceptional woman -- she ran that marathon, she really inspires me!" Other stars who came out for the event included Barbara Walters, Tim Robbins, Julianne Moore, Kenneth Branagh, Brian Grazer and Ron Howard.

Angelina Jolie Won't let her Kids Watch Beowulf

Angelina Jolie says she won’t let her children watch her computer-animated movie Beowulf in which she plays a temptress killer lizard simulated nude.

"I think it's too much. I don't think they should see their mom that way. I don't wear nightgowns like that in the house. I've got boys in my house. You don't do that as a mom," Jolie told People magazine at the premiere of the movie.

"But when they're older, hopefully they'll see it. It's weird, I'm a mom."

Risqué roles are not a first time for Jolie but her latest achievement did make her blush.

"There are certain moments where I felt actually shy – and called home, just to explain that the fun movie that I had done that was digital animation was, in fact, a little different than [what] we expected," she says.

Although she did like some parts of her body animated.

"I love my tail," Jolie told.

Christina Aguilera to Celebrate New Years Eve with A Baby!

Christina Aguilera tells Glamour magazine's U.K. edition that her plans for New Year's Eve involve a new baby.

This would be the first time the pop singer has publicly admitted to her pregnancy.

First-time-mom Aguilera married music executive Jordan Bratman in 2005.

"That'll be about the time I enter into mommyhood so I'm hoping to have started a beautiful family with my husband!" Aguilera told about her plans for New Years eve.

"he's thrilled! He's just great," Aguilera said of her husband. "He's so supportive and amazing through everything. He came with me on the last leg of the tour and he was my support system. ... I'm a lucky girl."

Katie Holmes hit the pavement in disguise for most of the arduous 26 miles of the marathon, until hubby Tom Cruise planted a kiss on her.

The actress hit the pavement in disguise for most of the arduous 26 miles of the marathon, until hubby Tom Cruise planted a kiss on her.

Cruise, holding the couple's daughter Suri in his arms, insisted on a kiss as his wife hit the final stretch of the marathon in Central Park.

The Batman Begins star completed the marathon with a final time of five hours, 29 minutes and 58 seconds.

"I'm good, but I'm feeling very tired," Holmes told People.

The 26.2-mile course travels through all five boroughs of the city, starting on Staten Island and finishing in Manhattan's Central Park. This year, 39,085 runners started the race.

Holmes wasn't the only celebrity taking part in the 2007 New York Marathon. Former cyclist Lance Armstrong joined the run for the second time and finished with a time of two hours, 46 minutes and 42 seconds.

Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes laugh off pregnancy rumors

Tom Cruise and wife Katie Holmes are once again shooting down rumors that the stork will soon be paying them a visit.

The rumors started after photos showed Holmes sporting what looked like a baby bump when she stepped out onto the red carpet in a one-shouldered, silk charmeuse Monique Lhuillier gown at the L.A. premiere of Cruise's new drama Lions for Lambs on Thursday.

However, the celeb couple's reps soon put an end to those reports by issuing a denial of any pregnancy.

"She is not pregnant," Usmagazine.com quoted Cruise's rep, as saying.

A source also revealed that though the snaps showed a bump, Holmes did not look pregnant in person.

"She didn't look pregnant at all in person, quite the opposite," the source said.

In the meantime, the couple are gearing up for their first wedding anniversary.

They tied the knot on 18 November 2006 in Odescalchi Castle in Lake Bracciano in Italy, and Cruise recently revealed that he will never forget seeing Holmes in her wedding dress.

"I think every person has it when they look at their bride. That's something that I'll never forget," he said.

Eminem dating ex-wife Kim Mathers look alike

Eminem is dating a woman who reportedly looks just like his ex-wife Kim Mathers.

The rapper - who divorced Kim, the mother of his 11-year-old daughter Hailie, for the second time last December - is now romancing Detroit hairdresser turned music studio manager Marni Bright.

A source told the New York Post newspaper: "Marni works at FBT Studios in Michigan where Eminem records. She is the spitting image of Kim and he is smitten with her.

"She has dumped her boyfriend, who she has been with for four years to be with him."

The 35-year-old rapper's representative Dennis Dennehy, confirmed the pair know each other but said: "They are not romantically involved."

Eminem and Kim first married in 1999 but divorced two years later. They remarried in January 2006 but Eminem filed for divorce in April of that year.

In March, they reached a court agreement to stop publicly criticizing each other.

The agreement to stop making "derogatory, disparaging, inflammatory and otherwise negative comments" was made following a motion filed by Eminem to protect Hailie.

Eminem's lawyer, Harvey Hauer, said: "We're happy the court was able to bring this matter to a just and equitable resolution."

Britney Spears' new LP 'Blackout' set to debut at #1 in US Billboard album charts

The 'Gimme More' singer's latest studio effort sold 124,000 copies on its first day of release in America on Wednesday (31 Oct 2007).

This is more than double the number of records Carrie Underwood's current chart-topping album 'Carnival Ride' sold on its release day, managing just 49,000 sales.

'Blackout' is already at number one in the iTunes download chart.

Britney's label, Jive/Zomba, has estimated the album will sell between 330,000 and 350,000 copies Stateside in its first week, which should give Britney the coveted top spot with ease.

The troubled star revealed she celebrated the release of 'Blackout' - her first studio album since 2003 - with an evening in eating fried chicken on Tuesday night (30 Oct 2007).

She said: "It was kind of laidback, really. We watched a scary movie and ate fried chicken - that's about it!"

The 25-year-old singer's last LP release, 'In the Zone', sold a staggering 609,000 copies in the US in its first week.

If the record does take the number one position it will not be the first time Britney has achieved such success.

The pop babe's last four albums all topped the prestigious Billboard album charts.

Czech supermodel and founder and president of Happy Hearts Fund Petra Nemcova looked angelic dressed as an Egyptian goddess while German supermodel and Project Runway host Heidi Klum looked very catty with scary multi-colored colored contacts.

Petra Nemcova was photographed outside Cipriani's on 42nd Street for the Roberto Cavalli Vodka and Giuseppe Cipriani Halloween Party in New York City.

Heidi was solo at her annual Halloween party at Hollywood hot spot the Green Door. Her husband Seal was in Paris.

With her big canines she looked ready to eat something, hopefully not a package she mistakes as a mouse in hiding!

Beyonce Knowles planning to release a dance album next

Knowles is turning her back on r'n'b to release a dance album.

The 26-year-old singer has asked dance act The Freemasons to work on a new song for her next LP after her last offering 'B-Day' failed to sell as well as hoped.

James Wiltshire, one half of the duo, said: "The album is going to be huge.

It will rival anything the likes of Britney and Rihanna have done recently.

Beyoncé and her team can see where mistakes were made on her last album.

"That was very American, very r'n'b and stripped back. This time they want to go for a more international sound and hit as many audiences as possible.

"Normally big stars don't take any notice of smaller acts like ours, so her decision to work with us shows just where she is going with this album."

Beyoncé's team approached James and his musical partner Russell Small after they heard the pair's official remixes of the star's hit songs 'Déjà Vu' and 'Beautiful Liar'.

James told Britain's Daily Star newspaper: "Her management have been in almost daily contact with us ever since.

"It is exciting getting to work on a new tune for her, as we get to be really creative."

James, 32, revealed the pair even pushed back other top projects to work with the Bootylicious beauty.

He said: "We were asked to do the remix of Britney's 'Gimme More' and to work on Donna Summer's new album.

"But we put them both on hold to work with Beyoncé."

Even when dressing up for Halloween, Middleton the 25-year-old girlfriend of Prince William, did not break her black or white dress code.

Earlier in October, Kate and Prince William enjoyed some quality time together in the Highlands of Scotland, staying at the Balmoral estate of William’s grandmother, Queen Elizabeth.

They were joined there by Prince Charles giving an opportunity to Kate to bond with her possible future father-in-law.

Kate, clad in khaki, was photographed with Prince Charles on a stag hunting expedition.

Paris Hilton sued for 'stealing' look

Blonde socialite Paris Hilton has been sued by a Californian woman named Nicolle O'Neill who claims that the heiress has 'stolen' her look.

O'Neill sees herself as an inspiration to the party-loving heiress, and has charged the Simple Life star of causing her "emotional distress" by ripping off her style.

She has allegedly indicted Paris of nabbing her looks and fashion tips relating to "patens" (sic) and "stiling"(sic).

The two-page text also accuses Hilton of ripping the idea of exposing her underwear under her trousers.

O'Neill claims that Paris also swiped her idea to shop in vintage stores for retro dresses. Hilton has yet to issue a response to the allegations.

Sex tape star Kim Kardashian is baring all in the December issue of Playboy magazine because she is fed up of being perceived as 'slutty.'

The E! reality starlet, and former Paris Hilton best pal, appears in a spread donning nothing but a pink negligee, pearls and an ornate necklace.

The daughter of former O.J. Simpson lawyer Robert Kardashian decided to take it all off because she was tired of people misinterpreting her.

First, she became the victim of a sex scandal when her private sex session she filmed with ex-beau Ray J was leaked last year and later when someone tried to sell explicit photos of her as a teenager.

The Los Angeles socialite therefore sees taking it all off for Playboy as an opportunity to set the record straight.

"I'm excited for people to finally see how I really am," the New York Post quoted Kardashian, as telling In Touch magazine.

Owen Wilson seeking solace in Jessica Simpson?

Owen Wilson is reportedly seeking comfort in Jessica Simpson to get over his recent personal turmoil.

The Wedding Crashers star, who tried to commit suicide in August, was recently spotted on a date with Simpson.

The pair dined at the Huntley Hotel in Santa Monica on Oct 28, before retiring to Wilson’s Malibu home.

According to a source, the pair arrived separately but talked for more than an hour before leaving.

The source also claimed that there was some “serious flirting” going on between the two.

"He couldn't keep his hands off her," the New York Daily News quoted the source, as telling Star magazine.

The two Texans initially hit it off when they were in Austin on Oct. 16 to appear in a video with Willie Nelson.

Britney Spears' 'eat it, lick it, snort it, [bleep] it' words find their way into song

Stand-up comedian Eric 'Smooth-E' Schwartz has taken troubled pop star Britney Spears' profane court rant, "Eat it, lick it, snort it, [bleep]it", and made a song on it.

The 'Sometimes' singer uttered the words during a break in her custody hearing of her sons.

The L.A. based comedian has created a parody that includes him telling a Taco Bell drive through worker, 'It's Britney, b---ch," running over a paparazzo's foot while driving with Starbucks straws up his nose, and whipping off a wig to reveal a bald head.'

Schwartz said that he found it very hard to write the lyrics of the eight-word song.

"The lyrics took me forever to write," Us magazine quoted him, as saying.

"I recorded the song after a stand up show Saturday night in a hotel room in Chicago. By 6 p.m. Tuesday, it was done," he said.

The comedian debuted his song live at a stand up show on Monday.

The couple were snapped strolling hand in hand Halloween day while shopping in Beverly Hills.
They went shopping for Halloween costumes late in the afternoon. Security escorted the young couple out of the store to avoid the gathering fans and paparazzi.

Ashley Olsen spotted getting cozy with cycling legend Lance Armstrong

The 21-year-old actress arrived at the Rose bar in New York's Gramercy Park Hotel with the seven-time Tour de France winner on Monday night (29 Oct 2007), and the pair reportedly spent the night "making out".

A source told the New York Post newspaper: "Ashley and Lance settled in and within minutes, he was whispering in her ear and she was giggling like a schoolgirl.

"Ashley drank red wine, nuzzled up to him, sat on his lap and they were making out all night. They left together around 2am."

Lance - who split from his singer girlfriend Sheryl Crow last year - has most recently been romantically linked to New York fashion designer Tory Burch, but the pair are said to have split after Lance, 36, refused to relocate to the city.

This isn't the first time Ashley has been attracted to an older man.

When she was 19, she ended her long-term relationship with 30-year-old club owner Scott Sartiano reportedly because the romance was getting too serious.

She was also previously romantically linked to 35-year-old actor Jared Leto.

The 'Juno' actress graces the cover of the US publication in an exquisite floor-sweeping backless turquoise gown for the November issue honoring fantastic females.

Charlie Sheen and Richards agree to put kids into therapy

Divorced Hollywood couple Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen have put an end to their bitter custody feud by agreeing to put their young daughters into therapy.

The couple, who have publicly slapped several accusations on each other during their long custody battle for daughters Sam, three, and Lola, two, have now resolved the matter during a six-hour mediation on 23 October.

According to an insider, Richards will however continue to provide nanny for her ex's monitored visits to their daughters.

The source adds that Sheen has agreed to allow Richards to take the kids to therapy sessions.

"This was a big victory for Denise... She said all she wanted was what's best for the girls. And Charlie was pleased about settling things,” an insider rold Life + Style magazine.

The source further claims that the actress is worried about impact of divorce on her kids and her mother’s ongoing cancer battle.

Tom Cruise: Suri Cruise isn't any different from my adopted children

The 'Lions for Lambs' actor has an 18-month-old biological daughter, Suri, with his wife Katie Holmes, and two adopted children - 14-year-old Isabella and 12-year-old Connor with ex-wife Nicole Kidman - but insists he loves them all equally.

Tom told Hello! magazine: "I wanted to be a father all my life. Truly, it makes no difference to me between my adopted children and Suri. I've never separated them in my thoughts - I just don't feel that way about it."

Tom also revealed he is determined to ensure Suri travels all over the world, because he wants the toddler to understand and respect different cultures.

He said: "I like to encourage my kids to be open to other people, and other ways of life, and to be curious about them. That's why we like to travel as a family. I always say to my children how important it is to try and look at things from someone else's point of view, and that's what travel does for you.

"We can look at other people, see what we have in common with them, and celebrate our differences from them."
