Sophie Monk and Kristin Cavallari’s Gym Run-In

She has the discipline of a Marine when it comes to working out, and Sophie Monk certainly looks good doing it too.
The Aussie actress/model/singer was spotted out and about in Hollywood, California yesterday on her way (once again) to Equinox Gym.
On her way inside, Miss Monk ran into “Laguna Beach” starlet Kristin Cavallari and stopped to chat for a bit. When they were done talking, Sophie gave Kristen a big hug and kiss on the neck before resuming her workout regimen.
And while most people wear an old t-shirt and sweats, Monk is always looking her best at the gym. She wore a white tank top layered underneath a red tank top with a pair of grey Capri stretch pants and a pair of cross trainers.

Paris Hilton Tries Out Belly Dancing
There’s an old saying that goes, “When in Rome, do as the Romans do.” And apparently that adage also applies to Istanbul, at least when Paris Hilton is involved.
The “Simple Life” babe was in the Turkish city yesterday as a judge in the Miss Turkey 2008 pageant when she became a little more involved with the proceedings than she had planned.
A performing belly dancer escorted her onto the stage during a routine and led Paris through a few traditional moves before letting her return to her seat. And Miss Hilton looked relieved to sit back down.
Prior to the competition, she told press, “This is my first time judging anything like this. I’m going to look at how the girls carry themselves, what they look like, the way they dress and what they say.”

Audrina Patridge Gets Inked Up
There’s nothing quite like the exhilaration you feel before getting a tattoo. And Audrina Patridge was definitely experiencing the pre-ink jitters yesterday.
Knowing full well that getting inked on an empty stomach is a bad idea, the “Hills” babe opted for a lunch date with a gal pal at the Newsroom Café in Los Angeles, California.
She chatted with her friend over some delicious cuisine, sporting a black v-neck, black cardigan and a pair of distressed denim jeans. And then she was off to the tattoo studio.
Patridge met up with Su’a Sulu’ape FreeWind, a tattoo artist at Black Wave on Melrose Avenue, and underwent the painful process of getting a new tattoo. But the pain was worth it, as she now has a new piece of body art to display.

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt Hits the Beach

Appropriately being released a day after the third season premiere of The Hills, Spencer Pratt debuted his new advice column for Radar magazine on Tuesday.
One reader asked of Spencer, “I just started dating this guy who I really like. The other night, we went out and got hammered. I ended up passing out in his bed. When I woke up, I discovered that I had wet the bed. I was so embarrassed that I left while he was still asleep. If I call him, do I have to apologize or can I pretend it never happened? Or do I have to wait for him to call me?”
In response, Pratt replied: “Wow! This is a situation you do not want to find yourself in. I personally would never want to be with a girl who gets so wasted that she’s pissing in bed. It’s time to sign up for AA, my dear, because drunks are not sexy.”
“Regardless, if the guy’s really, really, really cool, he might understand. But I wouldn’t count on it. Best bet is to be honest and tell him that was the drunkest you’ve ever been and that it was a huge mistake and it’ll never happen again. And make sure you buy him new sheets,” he added.
Meanwhile, Spencer’s girlfriend Heidi Montag has been busy with the launch of her second single, “No More,” in which she sings: “I wish that I never loved you. I should have never let you have my heart/You made me not want to feel again/Made me scared to open up/Now I’m better off/No more bad days/Don’t need you to validate me.”

Katie Holmes Faces Endless Rumors
Katie Holmes was spotted as she popped out for a bit of shopping on Beverly Blvd.
The Mad Money actress has been a mainstay in the gossip fodder of late, making headlines for issues involving both her personal and professional life.
A recent report out of Star magazine is claiming that Katie’s marriage to Tom Cruise is “draining” her of energy - with a supposed insider alleging that the actress suffers from constant headaches and dizzy spells.
“Katie doesn’t get enough sleep – and hasn’t for months now,” told the tabloid’s source. “She’s tried and drained much of the day because Tom is so weird, and they stay awake until after midnight. He has boundless energy, and she just can’t compete.”
There’s also talk that Holmes’ Top Gun hubby has offered to help get her serious roles, but the 29-year-old has turned him down, as she’s determined to do it on her own.
“Katie keeps telling Tom she wants a career like Reese Witherspoon’s,” says an insider. “Tom has offered to make calls to ensure she gets a first refusal on the hot scripts, but Katie insists she wants to achieve success without his help.”

David and Victoria Beckham’s Post-Game Dinner Date
They say that Paris is a great city for lovers. And David and Victoria Beckham put it’s reputation to the test last night following the England vs. France soccer match.
Becks and Posh showed up at a party at Baccarat Lounge Restaurant looking very loved up and stylish. The Spice Girl sported a charcoal and black fitted dress, while her beau opted for a dark suit, displaying his Team England badge.
And although his team lost to France 1-0, David was still in celebratory mode. After all, his appearance on the French pitch with Team England earned him his 100th cap.
Becks told press, “My parents are here, my granny is watching back home, my sister, my sons and my wife are also here. I’m very proud. Reaching 100 caps doesn’t happen every day but, like I said before the game, I am hoping it is not 100 and out. I want to carry on playing for my country.”

She’s one of the most recognizable teen icons of all time, dominating television, internet, radio, and selling out every concert she plays. Translation - Miley Cyrus is a media queen.
After a trip to the studio earlier in the day, the “Hannah Montana” actress was spotted by the paparazzi doing a little bonding with her mother out in Hollywood.
She wore a classic black screenprinted t-shirt, distressed jeans and a pair of brown leather boots as playfully posed for the photogs arm-in-arm with mother, Leticia.
Miley is coming off of the conclusion of a 70-date sold out concert tour and racked up a #1 movie, not to mention the fact that she currently has two albums in the Top 10 on the Billboard 200 Charts.

Wearing cute grey loungewear over a red top, Miley Cyrus stepped out to run some errands around Los Angeles.
Accompanied by her mother Leticia, the Hannah Montana singer/actress smiled and flashed her signature peace sign upon reaching her destination of Jim Henson studios.
In related news, Miley, along with best buddy Mandy Jiroux, recently took time to answer viewer questions during their latest YouTube installment of The Miley and Mandy Show.
And a fan wondering whether or not the girls are Christians definitely received that most enthusiastic response.
“We love Jesus!” Miley exclaims. “Jesus rocks! She dances for Jesus. I sing, dance and act for Jesus!...Now that I think about it, I do everything for Jesus. We make the YouTube videos for Jesus. We’re all about it.”

Heidi Klum Steps Out on Easter Sunday

Definitely near the top of the list when it comes to sexiest moms alive, Heidi Klum was looking gorgeous per usual as she stepped out on Easter Sunday.
The German supermodel was seen leaving a hotel in Beverly Hills with her youngest son Johan, dressed up in a pair of high heels and a short-cut seasonal dress.
As for her career, besides keeping busy with Victoria’s Secret and Project Runway, Klum has been working on a Volkswagen ad campaign breaking next month.
According to industry reports, “the effort, tagged “It’s what the people want,” will star a talking 1964 Beetle named Max.”
“Max will tell consumers about the heritage of the German carmaker with the help of Heidi, David Hasselhoff and other celebrities of German lineage. The campaign will be unveiled April 7th at a press conference in New York.”

Cameron Diaz’s Easter Sunday Shopping
Heading out in Hollywood on Easter Sunday, Cameron Diaz kept herself busy with a trip to Bristol Farms for some much needed holiday supplies.
The Charlie’s Angels actress, who wore a white tank along with her turquoise jeans, scooped up a bouquet of flowers and a bottle of wine for what was sure to be a relaxing Easter evening.
Diaz is currently in the midst of working on her new movie My Sister’s Keeper, which co-stars Abigail Breslin and Alec Baldwin.
The film is based on the Jodi Picoult novel of the same name, which tells the tale of a young girl who sues her parents for the right to make her own decisions about how her body is used when a kidney transplant is planned in order to potentially save her older sister.

Hilary Duff: Happier and Healthier Than Ever
Hilary Duff stopped by PinkBerry in Studio City for a healthy snack on Friday. And even though she was dressed in simple black sweats and a black tank, she still looked radiant.
The former Disney queen seems to be doing a great job keeping up with her new healthy physique after she followed the Hollywood-shrinking trend in years past.
Speaking of years past, Duff recently interviewed with the Australian magazine Dolly, revisiting some ancient history with Lindsay Lohan and her first love Joel Madden.
“Lindsay Lohan and I fell out when we were 13 and didn’t like each other, because we were dating the same guy — pop star Aaron Carter,” Duff recalled.
“I was seeing him, then she dated him and then we got back together and he was seeing us at the same time. How was I supposed to know he was dating her too?”
But since that time, things have been patched up, with Hilary saying: “Now we are fine. We see each other, but we are into different things.”
As for her former rocker boyfriend Joel Madden, who’s now the father of a baby daughter by current flame Nicole Richie, Hilary thinks that breaking up was for the best.
“It wasn’t like there was a big blow-out fight, or one of us had cheated…He was my first love but I definitely feel happier now that we’ve broken up,” she tells.

Bruce Willis and Emma Heming: The Real Thing?
Bruce Willis and his latest girlfriend Emma Heming headed out for a Starbucks stop and some shopping in Los Angeles.
The Die Hard hunk and his Victoria’s Secret angel, along with Bruce’s 14-year-old daughter Tallulah, picked up coffee at Starbucks before walking along Robertson Boulevard to go to Stella McCartney boutique.
Meanwhile, rumor has it that Willis, who celebrated his 53rd birthday on Wednesday, has also been asking for his girlfriend’s opinions regarding house hunting in London because he feels ready to settle down with her.
A source told press: “Bruce has fallen for Emma big time, and wants her to have her say in where he buys. He is in it for the longterm with her, and is showing her his commitment by taking her advice in all his big decisions.”
“He has enjoyed the bachelor lifestyle for a good few years but thinks the time is right to settle down.”

Brooke Hogan Gets Her Own Show
There have been some pretty trying times in the Hogan household as of late. With Hulk allegedly cheating on his wife Linda with one of his daughter Brooke’s friends (which led to a divorce) many of us were wondering, what’s next?
And we’re delighted to inform you that the Hogans aren’t going anywhere… well, at least Brooke isn’t. The aspiring pop star is getting her own reality gig coming up next season.
The show, “Brooke Hogan Knows Best” is a spin-off from her dad’s VH1 show “Hogan Knows Best” and will follow the blonde bombshell as she moves away from her family to Miami.
That’s not to say that the former wrestling champ won’t be in the picture. After all, we all remember how protective the “Hulkster” tends to be.

Paris Hilton gets charitable !
Sure she’s in South Africa to hang with her boyfriend Benji Madden and his band Good Charlotte on their tour, but Paris Hilton is a sucker for loving on orphans!
The “Hottie and the Nottie” starlet was spotted doing a little humanitarian work yesterday in Pretoria. And from the looks of it, the kids loved her.
Miss Hilton stopped by the Jacaranda Children’s home for orphans to brighten up the day for the home’s residents. She wore a beautiful white dress along with a Kentucky Derby-style hat as she schmoozed with the youngsters. One of them even brought her a bouquet of flowers!
And while South African orphans love her, it seems that environmentalist groups are slamming Paris for her 12-day 20,000 mile flight schedule. Apparently the heiress is using too many fossil fuels in too little time, hence increasing the pollution in the air.

While it may appear to be an easy, laid back lifestyle, being a big time Hollywood socialite is hard work. And Kim Kardashian was all over town last night, attending two different Tinseltown soirees.
Indulging her love of clothing design, the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” starlet was spotted at the M.A.C Pro shindig on North Robertson.
Kim was surrounded by Heatherette Designers Traver Rains and Richie Rich for the launch party of Heatherette’s new makeup line.
As if that wasn’t enough, Miss Kardashian also attended DETAILS magazine’s Mavericks 2008 cocktail party with her New Orleans Saints stud Reggie Bush.
Between filming her reality show and constantly keeping up with the party scene, you gotta wonder when this girl sleeps!
